3 Ways to Style a Red Dress for any Occasion!

HEY YOU WILD CHILD.

(Read until the end to get $30 towards your first Rent the Runway purchase!)

The Red Dress.

Almost as #iconic as the red lip. But how to style such a strong piece?

I had the pleasure of renting a fabulous red dress from Rent the Runway a couple of months ago and wanted to share 3 ways to style a classic red dress (for any occasion)!

THE CASUAL RED

For this lewk I was inspired by all of those uber chic street styles I’ve seen on Pinterest. I love the idea of layering different pieces to create a fun, unique look – and I think I’ve done that with this simple white sweater and comfy white sneakers!

I was definitely going for simple, but sassy.

THE CORPORATE ROMANTIC RED

This dress is so versatile, I really wanted to take it from casual street-wear to fabulous corporate lewk! This would be great if you are a work-time fashionista or for a work event! Yes, this dress is strapless – so this beautiful blush blazer was the perfect partner to take this dress from party girl to workin’ girl.

THE EDGY RED

You can’t wear a red dress and not feel a little edgy? Amirite?  A basic leather jacket and a hot red pair of booties is all you need to take this dress from sweet to bad-ass! Maybe pair it with a red lip for even more sass?

I think yes.
